Shannon O’Toole joined Windsong in 2020 but has been working with the team since 2012.  She is the Executive Assistant to Mr. Sweedler and manages the day to day Westport office.  Prior to joining the team, Shannon was the Executive Assistant to the President of the Norwalk Hospital Foundation.  Prior to that role, she worked at Stew Leonard's grocery supporting several members of the Executive Team.   She holds an elected position in the city of Norwalk as Selectman and is married with one daughter.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from Sacred Heart University.
