Windsong Private Capital (“WPC”) is the family investment office of the founder of Windsong Global. WPS is opportunistic in its mandate and invests in select consumer brands or businesses with unique potential. WPC seeks to enhance its investments with complementary capital that can be deployed in bespoke instruments that would be prohibitive in our other verticals. We consider WPC permanent capital to our strategic platforms that support some of our investments, providing leverage to invest in building brands or visions, rather than building underlying infrastructure.
